Regression! If you feel inner emptiness!
If you feel sad, angry or anxious most of the time!
If you want to get to know yourself!
If you want to improve the quality of your life!
Regression is a method, that focuses on resolving significant past events, believed to impact a person’s mental and emotional state in the present. When these events are re-experienced and re-evaluated from a current perspective, they are transformed in a new way.
Every discomfort on an emotional, mental, or physical level has its origin somewhere. When we use regression, we can understand where that origin is, who the source is, and then observe it from the distance of time, influence it, and reinterpret it in a new, positive way for us.
Regression is a brief approach, compared to many other forms of therapy, and often only one or two sessions are needed. It can be highly effective in post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, unexplained physical discomfort, psychosomatic conditions, fears, and many others.
Regression is more effective than any other form of therapy. It works with memories of past lives, which can bring great benefits for those who believe in past lives. For some people, this may sound unbelievable, but it happens, and more importantly, it often has a therapeutic effect.
Sometimes, clients worry after regression, that they might have simply invented the memory or the story and that it was merely a product of their imagination.
From another perspective, this is not particularly important, because memories are built upon emotions, body senses, and deep beliefs that a person holds about himself, the others, and the world. As long as the client deeply experiences it as truth, the emotions they feel are also authentic and therapeutic.
It is not suitable for individuals with psychotic symptoms and severe personality disorders.
Regression therapy can help anyone who is ready to be in touch with their emotions, confront whatever arises in process of resolving their problems, and move forward in life in a better way.
The past is the cause, the present is the consequence, and the future follows from the present
